You can pick up your dress at Oekotextil Birsfelden. Once you order a dress for rent, please allow of 24 hrs for your dress to be ready for pick-up. Once your dress is ready, you will receive a QR code and you can pick up your dress.

You don't have to worry about dry-cleaning the item! As soon as you return the item, we will make sure to get the item ready for our next customer. We work with the dry-cleaner Öko-Textil who has decades of experience in cleaning clothes in a sustainable manner. Instead of using the conventional, toxic dry-cleaning method, they use an innovate & sustainable method called wet washing.

If something small rips, a button falls off, or you spill wine on your precious dress - no worries! We cover all small damages that can occur when you're having fun. Nevertheless – wear it with care.

If you decided for local pick-up at Birsfelden, please bring the dress back to the dry cleaning directly once your rental period is finished.

If you have received your dress via post, please send it back on the last day of your rental period.
